This peach smoothie recipes are a little different than most of my other smoothies. Made with coconut meat and water. Absolutely delicious, creamy moisturizing on a given day.
2 Peaches (pitted)
Meat from about 1 young coconut (about 1/2 cup)
2 Cups of coconut water
Ice cubes (optional)
The peaches.Open a coconut with one splice pit and pouring the water in the Blender Jar.Dann the white flesh with a spoon.Put scoop well.you can add all the ingredients in the blender and mix a little more water if it is also, thick.If find not fresh young coconut meat and water, the Peach with PEAR can coconut with 2.5 cups almond milk.Replace, mango or apricots for delicious variations.You can replace frozen peaches instead of fresh fish.
